Once provider is accepted and moved into credentialing, can start offering tentative shifts

Shifts 8a-8p & 8p-8a 12-hour shifts

Weekend Requirements

No Call

14,664 Yearly Volume (40 pts / day)

Admission Rate : 7%

ED Beds : 10

12 hours of APP coverage

EMR : Center

Must participate in EDAP & Acute Stroke Ready Hospital Initiatives

Trauma Designation : Stroke Center

Subspecialty Backup : ENT; Peds; GI; Optho; Ortho; Surgery; Behavior Health; Obstetrics

BC - ABEM with 2 years' experience

ACLS, BLS, DEA Required

Active IL License
