Job Overview
Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) Incorporated is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Director of Materials & Supply Chain to join our leadership team. This role will lead the planning, inventory management, delivery, and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) functions.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming our supply chain organization to better meet evolving customer expectations. They will bring deep expertise in supply chain optimization, materials management, and vendor / distributor relations, and will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives that enhance agility, responsiveness, and operational efficiency across the segment.
The Sr. Director of Materials and Supply Chain will report into the Vice President of Segment Operations for HES and will lead the Materials Management strategy. The chosen candidate must be based in a HES location, preferably, Shelton, CT; Manchester, NH; Fenton, MO; or Hamilton, OH.
