Project Mgmt - Property, Plant, & Equipment and Facilities

Sustainment Operations Services (SOS) seeks a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as the Project Mgmt - Property, Plant, & Equipment and Facilities, within the Sustainment Functional Readiness team. This role provides tools, processes, and analyses supporting the execution of Sustainment Direct work, Discretionary Resource (DR) investments, and Overhead Operations. This role also develops performance and progress analysis, reporting to Sustainment senior and executive leadership via monthly deliverables. The candidate will coordinate the planning and execution of Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E), facilities planning and analysis, and other DR projects across the Lockheed Martin Sustainment portfolio. The projects will encompass development of supporting tools, coordinating / executing DR targets, Sustainment Operations facilities projects including analysis of building capacity and assessment, reporting metrics, and affordability initiatives. The candidate will analyze, coordinate, and manage Sustainment usage of PP&E and other DRs across multiple Sustainment Capabilities (teams) and business units. A holistic Sustainment DR picture will be developed with recommendations provided to Sustainment leadership for successfully achieving targets and meeting forecasts. Data analytics and visualization, tool development, and process improvement will be key components of standard work. Candidate will coordinate projects and reports for Sustainment Obeya. This position will require entry into an Area Controlled Access (ACA) facility - US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in business, project management, systems engineering, or other accounting / finance discipline Project Planning & Organizational Skills Presentation and Communication Skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) software

Desired Skills : Proven experience with Tableau and other visualization tools Experience managing PP&E Project Planning, Management, Execution Data Analysis, Data Mining Financial Analysis Risk & Opportunity Management Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; proven performance of time-management Ability to work independently with minimal oversight / supervision; self-starter

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level : Secret

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
