Maintenance Assistant

Job Description :

We are seeking a full time, dedicated, and proactive super star to become our new Maintenance Assistant!

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and proactive individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our residents, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for our residents, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service and ensuring smooth maintenance operations. You'll be expected to manage multiple tasks efficiently, staying organized and professional in all situations.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional property management certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or property management preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management software.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially during emergencies.
