Summary
MNAe MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain – Savannah is seeking a qualified Facilities Supervisor to lead the daily operations and maintenance of our buildings, electrical systems, and HVAC infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring that all facilities are safe, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations. The Facilities Supervisor will oversee a team of technicians, and coordinate with contractors to support smooth and reliable facility operations

MOBIS North America electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are vital parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.
Essential Functions
(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
- Supervise and coordinate the work of facilities technicians
- Monitor and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for facility operations
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs
- Support facility upgrades, renovations, and space planning projects
Basic Qualifications

Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenanceDemonstrated supervisory experience with strong leadership skillsSolid understanding of building systems and maintenance proceduresKnowledge of safety regulations and compliance standardsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility to work varied hours and respond to emergency situationsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications :
Associate degree in a maintenance-related field or equivalent technical certification5 years or above of experience in facilities management or building maintenancePrior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industryStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEffective time management and multitasking abilitiesHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on safetyCertificates, Licenses, and Registrations :
None Required but preferred Relevant certifications in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or OSHA compliance are highly desirableWorking Conditions :
Approximately 20% office-based tasks, 40% indoor facility work, and 40% outdoor workFrequent physical activity including standing, walking, and climbing ladders or stairsRegular use of hand and power tools for maintenance and repair tasksAvailability for overtime and on-call duties as neededMovement between office spaces and buildings within the facilityTravel between work locations in Richmond Hill, Savannah, and Ellabell, GA as requiredResponsible for maintaining the factory building and surrounding auxiliary structures and equipment, with duties not limited to these areas
