What You'll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with Project Managers to ensure flawless execution of construction projects. You'll help organize schedules, resources, equipment, and documentation while communicating with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives. You'll assist in preparing proposals, budgets, and timelines, and issue legal paperwork as directed. You'll maintain comprehensive project records, track change orders and subcontracts, and coordinate with accounting to ensure timely vendor payments. You'll also support project follow-up to ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and exceed customer expectations. General office duties, safety compliance, and other responsibilities will round out your role in helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to read and work with project blueprints, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. An associate degree in construction management or equivalent experience is preferred. You should be detail-oriented, self-directed, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions are essential. You'll also need to be comfortable operating office equipment and working closely with others to meet project goals.
