- Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily office operations, acting as the go-to resource for all on-site needs and issues
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to support project execution
- Provide operational support to additional office locations as needed, which may include occasional travel
- Manage all facilities-related functions including office supplies and routine maintenance
- Serve as the key liaison to leadership on operational matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational standards
- Maintain a premium, "white glove" level of service
- Lead the Miami office build-out project, serving as the primary point of contact for the office relocation to ensure on-time, high-quality completion
- Qualifications :
- 6+yrs experience in office management / facilities management
- Proactive and capable of working with minimal direction
- Open to occasional travel to support operations at other office locations
- Highly organized and solutions-oriented
- Professional Services / Financial Services office experience
- The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
