This position leads a team of technicians and analysts to optimize warranty program performance across NextEra's renewable energy fleet. The role drives Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accountability through strategic contract leverage, manages commercial resolution of critical defects and serial issues, and delivers executive-level reporting on warranty program metrics.
Key responsibilities include ensuring comprehensive operational support for warrantable events, maximizing warranty contract value realization, and providing data-driven insights to executive leadership. Success requires strategic collaboration with Central Maintenance Planning & Execution, Business Services, Operations, and Integrated Supply Chain to deliver measurable improvements in fleet reliability and cost optimization.

Job Overview
This job leads technicians and analysts in assuring execution of the Corporate and NextEra Power Generation business processes. Employees in this role are responsible for OandM and capital budget preparation and reporting, cash flow management, and financial analysis and reporting. Individuals in this job plan, schedule, communicate, and coordinate the annual budgeting process, the monthly re-forecasts, and month-end close for the site, and ensure that all transactions are in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. Employees in this position also focus on the continuous improvement of spending, risks and opportunities, and costing methods in accordance with corporate policy and business objectives.
