The Brand Innovation Manager will be responsible for contributing to the creation of new products to strengthen and expand the CELSIUS brand’s success and deliver best-in-class new offerings to the category. This position will require an in-depth understanding of product development with a desire to dig into market trends, consumer insights, and category dynamics. This role will require both strategi thinking and executional excellence while managing multiple stakeholders and partners to drive growth for the brand.

This role will report to the Director, Brand Innovation and will provide you with an opportunity to work cross-functionally alongside a wide range of departments within an accelerated growing brand while actively working on new-to-market projects, start to finish, including monitoring progress and reporting on outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, with 3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing and / or Product Development, preferably CPG.
• Project management & leadership skills.
• Experience working with creative agencies and other external partners.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team-based structure.
• Ability to deliver both verbal and written communication in a simple, compelling manner.
• Ability to think strategically, both from a brand and portfolio view.
• Strong time management and organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Team oriented with great interpersonal skills.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
