We are in need of an Eligibility Specialist. Below is additional information about the position.

Assignment Term : 6 months

Location : Based in Macon, GA (Ryan White Facility)

Hours : 40 hours per week, Monday- Friday 8 : 00AM- 4 : 30PM

Pay rate : $15

Number of Vacancies : 2

Target Start Date : September 15, 2025

Job Summary :

Under general supervision, the Eligibility Specialist is responsible for conducting interviews, reviewing documentation, and evaluating both personal and financial information to determine an applicant’s or recipient’s eligibility for public assistance programs. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and program-specific regulations, and requires ongoing interaction with clients, accurate documentation, and coordination with internal and external resources.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university, OR High school diploma or GED and two (2) years of related work experience in eligibility determination, social services, healthcare access, or administrative casework.
