Position Purpose : Directly supervise addicted clients at night. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families.

Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to navigate and document in electronic systems required
  • Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames
  • Skilled in behavioral management techniques

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Work scheduled hours and be available to work additional hours when necessary. Overtime may be required.
  • Supervise and manage the behavior of the clients and provide appropriate behavioral interventions and consequences.
  • Perform bed checks at varying intervals as prescribed, to ensure the clients comfort, safety and well-being. Complete concurrent documentation of the completion of these checks.
  • Read all charts and obtain pertinent information from staff of previous shift, utilize during the night shift and relay to morning staff, if appropriate.
  • Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with required licensing rules and regulations.
  • General cleaning duties as required.
  • Inventory incoming clothing and supplies of clients for quantity and specifically check for contraband items. Inventory outgoing clothing and supplies of clients.
  • Oversee the neatness of the unit and the proper use of the equipment and supplies and inform the proper person when supplies or repairs are indicated.
  • If designated, monitor self-administration of medicine by clients and record information on medical log.
  • Serve as a member of the residential team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
  • Understand and comply with all of the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
  • Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values and expectations of Rosecrance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
  • Assume other related responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Schedule : Wed-Sat 9pm-7 : 30am

    Shift : 3rd

    Work Location : Champaign Moreland

    Work Mode : Onsite

    Compensation & Rewards : Based on education, experience, and credentials

  • Pay : $18.00
  • Shift Differentials

    3rd shift : +$.50
