Title : Sr Escalations Representative / Customer support(Credit card) / Resolution Specialist.

Pay range : $23 - $26 / hr.
Role Overview :
This position is responsible for handling escalated customer complaints within financial services and insurance. Support consists of phone-based de-escalation, written communication, and case management to ensure timely and compliant resolutions.
