Job Title : Department Support Specialist I

Location : Primarily Remote - 1 day onsite per week (minimum - will depend on mailroom work needed)

Duration : 24mos

Job Description :

  • Performs a variety of support functions to support the department.
  • Handles multiple projects and may assist in compiling data and generating reports.

Requirements :

  • 1-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Picking up, sorting, opening, scanning mail
  • Ensuring proper steps are taken for forwarding mail for our discontinued clients, handling any returned checks, and managing any general or disconnect notices.
