We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced IT Project Lead with a strong background in business process automation, data analytics, and IT project management . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and a track record of delivering successful IT and automation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT and business automation projects from initiation through completion.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define business needs and technical requirements.
  • Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists.
  • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Support database-related work including design, data integrity checks, and relational structure management.
  • Apply basic AI concepts to enhance workflow efficiency and analytical capabilities.
  • Track and report on project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management, automation, or analytics roles.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint).
  • Strong understanding of business process design and improvement.
  • Experience with data visualization, dashboards, and database structure.
  • Basic knowledge of AI principles as applied to IT and business workflows.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

    • Compensation Range : $81,000 $120,000 per year
