Assistant Store Manager- Full Time

Gearhead Outfitters is a specialty outdoor retailer dedicated to providing high-quality gear and apparel for adventurers. Responsibilities :

  • Be the go-to leader when the Store Manager's away
  • Ensure our guests receive exceptional service
  • Keep the team motivated with daily to-do's and high spirits
  • Tackle any challenges with customers, teammates, or vendors with a smile
  • Oversee inventory, special orders, and closing duties as needed
  • Keep the Store Manager updated on all the good stuff
  • Jump in wherever needed to make the day smooth

Physical Activities :

The following physical activities are necessary to perform one or more essential functions of this position.

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be physically able to walk, stand, and stoop for several hours each day.
  • Must be able to work at various heights, including floor level, with or without reasonable accommodation.
