Junior Commercial Real Estate Broker

Our team is seeking a highly motivated, intelligent, and hardworking Junior Broker with strong energy and a desire to learn everything there is to know about commercial real estate.

This position is designed to be a launchpad — offering hands-on exposure to leasing, sales, underwriting, and marketing within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is organized, sharp in their business writing, and eager to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.

Key Qualifications

• Newly licensed or currently pursuing a Colorado real estate license
• Comfortable with heavy cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
• Understanding of commercial real estate terminology and documentation
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Passion for sales and client interaction
• Comfortable presenting information and supporting proposals

About the Role

You’ll work closely with senior brokers and gain real-time exposure to active deals, property tours, marketing campaigns, and client negotiations. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the business by participating directly in it.
