The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) is a development-focused role crafted to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position. The program is designed to enhance your career as a future store leader, with self-paced, collaborative training over 16 weeks. We provide both virtual and hands-on learning experiences to develop you as a leader. The team supporting your growth toward a leadership career includes : your District Leader, Human Resources Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach.

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant considerations.
