Princeton, IN Long Term Contract We are seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Coordinator with a strong industrial background and hands-on experience in construction project management. This role involves overseeing equipment installation and modification projects from initial scope creation through contract completion, ensuring all work meets safety, schedule, and budget requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage equipment installation and modification projects, including contract negotiations and field change orders. Oversee installation of equipment such as : Robot / Jig machine cells Transfer systems and conveyors Cooling water & exhaust systems HVAC, lighting, sealer systems Utility distribution & hoist systems Create machine specifications and manage vendors / contractors for process equipment (e.g., conveyors, overhead rail systems, AGVs). Administer construction contracts and conduct onsite inspections for compliance. Direct activities of general contractors, subcontractors, and testing agencies. Coordinate across multiple stakeholders (vendors, contractors, TMNA engineers / management, inspection agencies). Report regularly on safety, budget, schedule, and compliance.
