Position : Fine Dining Server

Responsibilities :

  • Exemplary Service : Provide a level of service that exceeds guest expectations, ensuring a memorable and refined dining experience.
  • Menu Expertise : Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
  • Attention to Detail : Attend to every detail of the guest experience, from table settings to ensuring each course is presented flawlessly.
  • Wine Service : Conduct wine service with confidence, offering recommendations and ensuring glasses are expertly filled.
  • Adaptability : Navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment with grace, adjusting to the needs of each guest.
  • Team Collaboration : Work seamlessly with kitchen and service staff to maintain a harmonious and efficient dining operation.

Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a Fine Dining Server in a reputable establishment.
  • Exceptional knowledge of fine wines, spirits, and culinary techniques.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
