Senior Operations Finance Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Operations Finance Analyst to contribute to financial and business objectives through accurate financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct final reconciliations of Central Lab budgets to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records

Prepare and maintain accurate accrual reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Perform detailed variance analysis of billing and revenue, identifying and explaining variances between actual and budgeted figures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting

Advanced knowledge of accounting / financial principles; professional accounting qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA) is an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SharePoint, VBA, SQL, Power BI, or RPA is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
