Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job Description – Data Entry Focus

The HR Assistant plays a key role in managing employee data, ensuring accurate records, and supporting the HR department with document filing, employee verifications, and maintaining up-to-date files. This role involves attention to detail in data entry and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry into HR systems and databases.
  • Manage employee verifications, including employment history, work authorizations, and credentials.
  • Maintain and organize employee files, ensuring proper filing and regular updates.
  • Ensure timely and accurate document processing and upkeep.
  • Assist in generating reports for HR compliance and audits.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Skills Required

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR databases / software.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to maintain systematic filing.
  • Excellent communication skills for employee verifications and document handling.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Education And Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in a payroll department preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office products.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Swahili / English preferred.
  • Other Skills And Abilities

  • This is a FULLY ONSITE position; must be able to report onsite daily.
  • Transportation to travel between buildings throughout the day required.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment with multiple languages.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Computer literate in a Windows environment.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills; bilingual in Spanish or Swahili preferred.
  • Ability to operate independently in multiple locations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, stand / sit for prolonged periods, move about office, production and warehouse facilities.
  • Ability to travel between buildings.
