The Springs of Batesville is looking for a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team. Your work will help residents regain independence, dignity, and confidence through everyday activities that truly matter.

What You’ll Do :

Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans

Help residents improve strength, coordination, and daily living skills

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals

Document treatment progress and encourage meaningful milestones

What You Bring :

Active Arkansas COTA license

Solid clinical skills and a hands-on, compassionate approach

A team-first attitude and excellent communication
