Patient Care Technician, Ambulatory Surgery, Day Shift

Hourly Pay Range : $18.84 - $27.32 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights : Position : Patient Care Tech, Universal Care Unit (Ambulatory Surgery) Location : Glenbrook Hospital Full Time / Part Time : Full time, 36 hours per week Hours : Monday-Friday, 10 am - 8 : 30 p.m., no weekends or holidays What you will do : Work under the supervision of a RN to deliver patient care Assist with the implementation of a patient specific care plan Participate in other activities which are essential to the functioning of the patient care unit Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience What you will need : Certification : CPR required within 90 days of hire, (BLS issued by the American Heart Association) Experience : Patient care experience in critical care or a procedural area highly preferred About Us : Endeavor Health is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system committed to providing access to quality, vibrant, community-connected care, serving an area of more than 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties.
