Organizational Culture & Project Specialist

University Health (UH) and University Health Physicians (UHP) are seeking an Organizational Culture & Project Specialist to play a key role in advancing our values-driven, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional Excellence, this position provides high-level coordination, project management, and administrative support for strategic programs and initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the design, development, and delivery of interactive training programs on topics such as inclusive excellence, psychological safety, communication, and cultural best practices.
• Assist in building tools and processes to help teams implement actions, track progress, and share best practices across the organization.
• Coordinate logistics for workplace culture programs and events, including workshops, ERG activities, and cultural initiatives (scheduling, communications, catering, AV, follow-up).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ERG leaders. Provide resources, tools, and guidance to strengthen impact while ensuring alignment with organizational culture goals.
• Collect, analyze, and present cultural health and workforce engagement data; develop dashboards, reports, and benchmarking tools to measure impact.
• Draft and maintain engaging materials and resources to promote organizational culture initiatives and communicate shared values.
• Manage records, digital libraries, and special projects that contribute to institutional excellence.
