As an Ocean / Air Import & Export Agent, you ll manage full-cycle international and domestic shipments while collaborating closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and customers. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean and air import / export shipments end-to-end
• Handle booking arrangements with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors
• Ensure timely and compliant preparation of shipping and customs documentation
• Monitor inbound / outbound freight status; provide real-time shipment updates
• Liaise with customs brokers to ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams for last-mile execution
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and schedules in TMS / WMS

Qualifications

2 5 years of experience in ocean and / or air import / export operations
