Inpatient Psychiatrist Full-Time (Permanent) Location : Muskegon, Michigan Setting : Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit Position Overview Join a mission-driven, well-resourced behavioral health team as a full-time Inpatient Psychiatrist in beautiful Muskegon, MI. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive inpatient psychiatric care for adult patients Conduct psychiatric evaluations and manage psychotropic medication plans Collaborate with APPs, RNs, case managers, and social workers in daily multidisciplinary rounds Document using a modern EMR system Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (flexibility available) Call : 1 : 4 weekend rotation (optional extra shifts available for added income) Opportunities for teaching residents / medical students and participating in research or leadership initiatives Qualifications Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Psychiatry (BC within 2 years) Michigan Medical License (or ability to obtain) DEA & BLS Certification Open to new graduates and experienced providers Compensation & Benefits Salary : Competitive base (based on experience) Relocation Assistance : Up to $10,000 Coverage : Malpractice insurance with full tail Support : CME allowance, licensure, and professional membership coverage Benefits : Full health, dental, and vision package Retirement : 403(b) with employer contribution & match PTO : Generous vacation and holiday time Academic and mentorship opportunities available Why Muskegon?
