Senior BI Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to guide data-driven decision-making across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and alignment of key business metrics for Finance, Sales, and Operations

Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and automated reports for performance monitoring

Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover performance drivers and provide strategic insights

Required Qualifications

4-year college degree or equivalent education and experience

5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Financial Analytics, or Data Analytics

Advanced skills in Tableau and strong SQL proficiency, with Databricks experience preferred

Experience supporting Finance, Sales, and Operations through analytics

Proven ability to lead BI projects and guide cross-functional teams in data-informed decision-making
