1st Shift Shipper – Pewaukee, WI

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for logistics? We're looking for a 1st Shift Shipper to join our team in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. This is a Contract-to-Hire position with an opportunity to become a permanent employee.

Pay : $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM Overtime : Frequent overtime is required, with an average work week of 45 hours.

What You'll Do :

As a Shipper, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer demands. Your duties will include :

Picking & Packaging : Accurately identify and count products to fulfill work orders. Prepare and package shipments, paying close attention to customer instructions for both domestic and international orders.

Documentation : Determine labeling requirements, post weights, and complete all necessary shipping documents.

Computer Functions : Perform required computer tasks to track and manage shipments.

Communication : Coordinate with various departments to confirm shipping requirements and ensure a smooth process.

Quality Control : Bag and package track products at least 75% of the time, ensuring precision and accuracy.
