Sales Manager

About the Role : As Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our client base while nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing customers. You'll serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring communication flows smoothly and goals are consistently met. We're looking for someone who is more than a traditional account managersomeone who is proactive, curious, and able to anticipate client needs before they're even voiced. You'll plan and coordinate account activities, identify growth opportunities, mitigate competitive threats, and deliver exceptional customer value.

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends
  • Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling and networking
  • Generate and qualify sales leads and opportunities
  • Understand the business drivers of the Boundary Scan Test market and map solutions to enhance the customer's business operations.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities
  • Maintain a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
  • Develop a sales strategy in the allocated sectors with a target prospect list
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs and quotas
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies
  • Negotiate and close opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales contracts

Required Skills / Abilities :

  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing test technologies, including In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Boundary Scan.
  • You are data-focused; you collect, analyze, and leverage data to continuously optimize.
  • Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry.
  • Education and Experience :

  • Ten to fifteen years of direct sales experience
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in electronics
  • Customer relationship management experience (e.g. support, services, sales)
  • Circuit board test engineering experience in one or more of the following areas : structural test, functional test, design validation (signal integrity)
  • System debugging experience, with software programming and system architecture knowledge
  • Experience in a high-tech market
