Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect to spearhead the design and sale of agentic AI solutions tailored to pharmaceutical leaders in digital health. You will combine deep technical expertise in autonomous AI agents with strategic understanding of pharma workflows-focusing on patient services, engagement, and digital companions. Your mission : translate complex business needs into transformative AI deployments that elevate patient experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with commercial advisory consulting teams to identify new opportunities, tailor solutions to client needs, and accelerate adoption of our data products.

Define end to end architecture for agentic AI systems (planning, memory, reasoning, multi-agent orchestration)

Prototype and oversee design, build and deployment of agentic AI pilots (e.g. Personalized Patient Outreach, Medication Adherence & Side Effect Management, Prediction Model for disease progression)

Serve as trusted technical advisor to pharma stakeholders (VP, SVP Digital Health, Patient Engagement) during pre- and post-sales.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions / bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
