Overview :

The Program Manager will oversee project execution and ensure alignment with Department of the Navy requirements. This role provides day-to-day leadership, coordination, and supervision of project activities, ensuring all key milestones and deliverables are met on schedule and within scope.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with government project managers to coordinate project activities, schedules, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource loading, dependencies, and progress tracking.
  • Supervise project staff, ensuring quality of deliverables and adherence to contract standards.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management through written reports, briefings, and presentations.
  • Review and validate all products prior to delivery, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with requirements.
  • Support task planning, risk analysis, and project documentation throughout the lifecycle.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • 10 years of relevant management experience, with 5 years supporting DoD or Navy IT programs.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and program coordination skills.
