Your Role at Acousti
As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will work closely with the IT team to support business operations, troubleshoot network issues, and implement best practices to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will :
- Deploy, configure, maintain, and monitor all active network equipment to ensure smooth network operations
- Manage and configure SonicWall firewalls, including the creation and management of security policies
- Administer Ubiquiti wireless and LAN equipment, ensuring reliable connectivity and performance
- Implement and maintain subnets and VLAN configurations to optimize network segmentation and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with multiple Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to manage and maintain WAN connectivity
- Configure and manage DHCP and DNS services to ensure efficient network operations
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including SSL management and monitoring for potential vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with the IT team to support Microsoft 365 services, including Intune and Defender
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures
What We're Looking for in You
To succeed in this role, you should have :
Minimum of 5 years of experience with SonicWall firewallsProven experience with Ubiquiti equipment (Wireless / LAN)Strong understanding of subnetting and VLAN configurationsIn-depth knowledge of LANs, WANs, and how networks operateExperience working with multiple ISPs to manage network connectivityProficiency in configuring and managing DHCP and DNS servicesPreferred Qualifications
In addition to the above, we would prefer candidates with :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related fieldExperience with Microsoft 365 services, including Intune and DefenderRelevant security certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP)Experience with domain management and SSL certificate administrationEducation Requirements
