Cook Position Available

Location :  Cloverleaf Health Care Center, Knightsville, IN

Position Type :  Full-Time Evening Shift (12 PM - 8 PM)

About Us

Cloverleaf Health Care Center is a skilled nursing facility committed to delivering high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled  Cook  to join our team and contribute to creating delicious and nutritious meals for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve meals following established recipes and portion control guidelines.
  • Coordinate food production with meal serving schedules.
  • Memorize menu items, plate appearances, and portion specifications.
  • Adhere to special dietary orders and standard recipes.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and food production codes.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one (1) year of dining services experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar setting preferred.
  • Culinary school training is a plus.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
