Sourcing Analyst

Description :

Global Sourcing is responsible for creating and managing diverse strategic supplier partnerships that drive enterprise value through innovation, best cost, and competitive advantages benefiting customers, suppliers, and patients.

The Sourcing Analyst will be responsible for reviewing Global Sourcing agreements for specific terms and conditions to support the completion of contract and system audits. This includes ensuring that the contracting system is properly updated and accurate. The individual in this role will effectively lead and manage assigned projects, provide regular status updates, and deliver recommendations to team members.

Responsibilities :

• Review Global Sourcing agreements to identify key terms, conditions, and compliance requirements
• Conduct contract and system audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Manage sourcing documentation updates within the contracting system
• Lead and coordinate sourcing-related projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Provide detailed project updates and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support sourcing initiatives and process improvements
