Pay Rate : $20.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Sat 08 : 00 PM - 04 : 00 AM

Sun 08 : 00 PM - 04 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within a manufacturing and industrial location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.

Document and report observations, incidents, and / or suspicious activities in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and client requirements.

Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and / or authorities as necessary to support the security-related operations of the site.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
