Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA - Open to Relocation

Full Time position with relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Relocation and Locations

Exciting relocation opportunity — up to $15,000 in assistance for qualified candidates willing to join our team in the following locations :

  • San Juan, PR
  • Woodbridge, VA
  • New Castle, DE
  • Allentown, PA
  • McDonough, GA
  • Cedar Hill, TX
  • Fort Worth, TX
  • Fitchburg, MA
  • Foxborough, MA

Additional locations may be available as per program needs. This range is provided by ABA Centers of America. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range : $85,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
  • Other typical BCBA activities

    • Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master's degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Commitment to obtaining the required state licensure to provide services — and we'll cover the cost
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background / drug screenings and driving record
