Additional locations may be available as per program needs. This range is provided by ABA Centers of America. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range : $85,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr
What You'll Do
Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programsOversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregiversConduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weeklyOther typical BCBA activitiesQualifications & Requirements
