Position Summary :

As a Reservations / Sales Agent, you will engage with potential guests via phone, email, and chat, utilizing proven sales strategies to convert inquiries into bookings. Your goal will be to provide a memorable customer experience while achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.

  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales and Reservations : Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into confirmed reservations through phone, email, and chat.
  • Guest Assistance : Help guests select accommodations and services that match their preferences, upselling when appropriate.
  • Reservation Management : Process reservations, payments, cancellations, and re-bookings with accuracy.
  • Revenue Maximization : Use sales techniques to upsell additional services and exceed revenue targets.
  • Customer Service Excellence : Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Requirements :

  • A passion for sales and customer service.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales or customer service role.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using cloud-based systems and Google Suite.
  • Availability to work weekends (Thursday-Monday).
  • Strong sales, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry is a plus
