Senior HR Generalist – Southern Minnesota A healthcare organization in Southern Minnesota is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join its team. This role is a key resource for staff and leadership, ensuring consistent HR practices that align with organizational goals while supporting employee engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities : Manage HR functions including recruitment, payroll, benefits, compensation, labor / employee relations, performance management, and compliance Provide guidance to leaders and staff on HR policies and procedures Drive initiatives to enhance culture, engagement, and workforce development Compensation : $27.70 – $41.56 / hr (commensurate with experience) Position Details : Full-time role with weekday office hours Occasional evening or weekend hours for meetings and events Full benefits package available Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (required); Master’s degree preferred At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in healthcare SHRM-CP or similar certification preferred Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance Excellent communication and organizational skills
