Business Analyst / Project Manager on Pharma & Digital projects (Wilmington)

Akkodis is seeking a Digital BA / PM with clinical project experience for a 6-12 month contract to hire job opportunity with a direct client located in the Wilmington De area. Local candidates are needed as this is 3 or 4 days onsite per week from the very start.

Salary Range : $65-75 / hr W2

Project Manager / Business Analyst with Pharma & Clinical exp - job responsibilities include :

• Lead and deliver digital transformation projects within Clinical Development Operations and Program and Portfolio Management.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, regulatory requirements and within cross-functional teams through facilitation of project meetings, workshops, and reviews.
• Collaborate and align with internal and external stakeholders / vendor teams, while monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and executing on-time and within budget.
• IT Process Compliance, Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows specific to CDO and PPM processes.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure solutions align with pharmaceutical industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational objectives.
• Oversee IT security, data privacy and risk assessments, and ensure system access controls and required IT infrastructure are managed in compliance with IT standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness for all IT-related activities.
• Monitor and report project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans, providing timely updates to project teams and leadership.
• Manage financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, tracking project costs and collaboration with finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to optimize systems, IT infrastructure and processes.
• Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of novel solutions and processes.
