TECHNICAL SHOPFLOOR ENGINEER
- £36.00 per hour (Umbrella) rising to £43.20 per hour on double day shifts
- Premium overtime rates available
- On-site in Broughton – 35-hour week
- Initial contract until August 2026
- BPSS clearance eligibility required
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a global leader in aerospace manufacturing, delivering some of the most advanced aircraft in the world. Their Broughton facility plays a key role in this success, and due to continued growth, they are seeking a Technical Shopfloor Engineer to join their production team.
THE ROLE
As a Technical Shopfloor Engineer , you will provide direct technical support to production teams, helping to resolve issues, reduce non-conformances, and drive operational excellence. You'll act as the link between operators, first-line managers, and engineering functions, ensuring product quality and safety while enabling continuous improvement across shopfloor operations.
