Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Dynatrace Synthetic Transaction and Real User Monitoring
Configure and implement best practices for clients' Dynatrace environments
Provide support and training on Dynatrace products to end customers
Required Qualifications
Experience in Dynatrace Synthetic Transaction development
Intermediate Windows / UNIX systems administration skills
Working knowledge of a scripting language
In-depth technical understanding of Dynatrace Digital Experience products
Healthcare / Payer operations experience is desirable
