Head Strength & Conditioning Coach Atascocita, TX
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000$60,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses, and paid time off (PTO).
We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven coach who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and can work with athletes of all ages and abilities from youth athletes in their first training program, to college-bound stars, to professionals, to adults committed to achieving peak performance. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Coaching
Lead by example in a team-first, high-performance environmentCoach athletes ages 760+ in group classes, small groups, and 1-on-1 settingsDeliver custom programming for youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, as well as adult fitness clientsDemonstrate proper technique, motivate athletes, and ensure a safe training environmentMentor, train, and develop other coaches to maintain world-class standardsProgram Development
Create and implement strength & conditioning programs designed for performance gains, injury prevention, and long-term athletic developmentModify workouts based on individual needs, sport-specific requirements, and skill levelsTrack progress and adjust programming to ensure consistent improvementClient Growth & Community Outreach
Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and outreach in the Lake Houston market.Represent the facility at local sports events, schools, and community organizationsPromote training programs to athletes, parents, and coaches to grow the facilitys presence and reputationEnsure high levels of client retention by creating an engaging and motivating training experienceQualifications
Active CSCS certification (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist NSCA)5+ years professional coaching experience in strength & conditioning or sports performanceProven track record of working with competitive and world-class athletesBackground as a competitive athlete preferredStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire both clients and staffExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work evenings and weekends as neededReliable commute to Atascocita, TX.Why This Role is Different
