What You'll Do

Direct and coordinate nursing care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Engage with patients and families in care planning and education.
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient care.
Assist in defining standards of excellence for patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and daily operational activities.
Provide input on unit needs to the Nurse Manager.
Contribute to hospital committees on nursing policies and procedures.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

Graduation from an accredited nursing program with no prior RN experience.

Valid RN License from Virginia or a reciprocal compact state.

Preferred : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

AHA BLS Provider CPR certification required at hire.

AHA ACLS and PALS certifications required within 90 days.

NIHSS (Bluecloud) certification required within 90 days.
