We're looking for a Director of Recruiting Operations to own the playbook for how we hire : the tools, the data, the process, and the experience. Reporting to FBG's VP of Talent Acquisition, this leader will be the architect of a modern, tech-forward recruiting system that fuels our ability to attract the best of the bestfrom engineers to marketers to game-changing operators.

• Own our ATS, CRM, sourcing, scheduling, and AI toolsmaking sure they work together like a championship team.
• Stay ahead of the curve with the latest recruiting tech and partnerships.
• Maximize ROI while constantly looking for ways to level up.
• Build scalable, consistent processes across teams and markets.
• Eliminate friction for hiring managers and candidatesmaking every interaction feel seamless.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and engineer solutions that keep us moving fast without sacrificing quality.
• Own our recruiting dashboards, funnel metrics, and predictive analytics.
• Deliver insights that help leaders call the right plays on workforce planning.
• Track what matters : speed, quality, cost, diversity, and business impact.
• Drive adoption of tools and processes through clear communication and enablement.
• Build trust with stakeholders and create momentum for new ways of working.
• Push for continuous improvement, always looking to raise the bar.

Experience and Skills

Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings

Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming.
