• Education / Experience              1.   Bachelor’s degree in health or human service field preferred          2.  Associates degree in Human Services field required          3.    Three years’ experience working with special needs population          4.  Experience with OPWDD and / or OMH programs            Skills                         1.   Effective oral and written communication skills                         2.   Good problem-solving skills                         3.    Good organizational skills                         4.    Ability to work independently                         5.   Ability to observe and document behaviors and situations                         6.   Familiar with computer programs (e.g.
