• Building meaningful connections with patients and their families.\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance overall well-being.\n
• Practices according to the philosophy and policies / procedures of the community and State standards.\n
• Provides direction and leadership to care staff.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Must have an unrestricted RN license valid in the state.\n
• Compassionate and caring nature.\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.\n
