We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Compliance Coordinator to join our corporate team. This role supports key business functions across HR, finance, and compliance, playing a vital part in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently across multiple brands and locations.

What You’ll Do

As an Administrative Specialist, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our corporate office while collaborating with our field teams. Your responsibilities will include :

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation across multiple locations and brands.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with benefits enrollment and compliance tracking.
  • Support payroll processing by reviewing timekeeping data and assisting with commission audits.
  • Assist in applying and reinforcing multi-state employment law practices.
  • Serve as a point of contact for general HR administrative support.

Accounting & Finance Support

  • Process accounts payable items, including invoices, reimbursements, and vendor payments.
  • Assist with account reconciliations, expense tracking, and financial reporting by brand / location.
  • Collaborate with accounting team on payroll-related inputs and documentation.
  • Ensure accuracy in coding and timely entry of financial data.
  • Compliance Coordination & Office Administration

  • Maintain current compliance records, including labor postings, business licenses, OSHA logs, and employee training documentation.
  • Help prepare for regulatory audits and submit required reports (FMLA, ACA, OSHA, etc.).
  • Track deadlines for renewals, filings, and corporate obligations across all entities.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with special projects as needed.
  • Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in administration, HR, accounting, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as Paylocity or ADP strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • High level of discretion in managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively supporting multiple teams and locations.

  • Requirements : What We’re Looking For
