Dentist Opportunity in Beautiful East Texas!

Family Circle of Care is looking to expand, and we are seeking a dentist to see adults and children.

About the practice :

We are searching for a Dentist. Family Circle of Care is a Federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Tyler, TX with satellite offices in Jacksonville and Athens, TX.

Highlights :

  • Bonus structure includes up to 5% of salary for productivity and up to 5% of salary for quality measures.
  • 403B retirement program with up to 5% match
  • Employed position so do not have the headaches of running a private practice.
  • Making a difference - as an FQHC, we see Medicaid, uninsured with a sliding scale based on income, as well as privately insured patients.
  • FQHC employees are eligible to apply for loan repayment programs through the National Healthcare service corp.
  • Family Circle of Care received the Gold Quality award in 2022, which places us in the top 10% of community health centers nationwide for quality measures. We also received recognition for improving patient access and reducing health disparities. We are a Patient Centered Medical Home.

  • Tyler is a diverse community with about 105K people in town. Greater East Texas has a population of about 1.6 million. Tyler has an active community and social scene. It's nice to be able to access "the big city" amenities (Dallas) with about a 100-mile drive without having to deal with the big city headaches on a daily basis.
