Boeing Defense Space & Security has an exciting opportunity for a highly-collaborative and versatile Engineering Multi-Skill Senior Manager to support our Air Dominance (AD) Division located in Berkeley, MO.

As an Engineering Multi-Skill, Senior Manager you will lead Workforce Strategy Efforts across Air Dominance along with coordination across the St. Louis site.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee AD St. Louis staffing and employee engagement efforts and manage site-level staffing activities for BDS St. Louis.
• Support the AD Division Chief Engineer and the St. Louis Site Chief Engineer.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; produce timely results and influence cross-site leadership.

Workforce Strategy Responsibilities

This position requires an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
