Position Summary

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be the friendly, helpful voice of Moonlight Mixes. You’ll handle customer inquiries, wholesale accounts, and order-related support while ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to great snacks and even better service.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

Provide product information and support for Wicked Mix, Wicked Minis, and Wicked Twists customers.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Coordinate with sales, operations, and fulfillment teams to ensure orders run smoothly.

Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve the customer experience.

Support wholesale and retail partners with account management needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Previous customer service, retail, or call center experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn order management systems quickly.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Positive, team-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
